Snow birds

Wayne County Outlook

Monticello — A male and a female cardinal perched on a shrub Monday morning as snow fell softly around them. Wayne County woke to a snowy landscape Monday, as flurries fell throughout the early hours. Local school children got an extra day of vacation, as classes were cancelled because of the cold and the snow.
