Grand jury indicts several for trafficking of illegal narcotics

3-21-12 —     An investigation into the trafficking of illegal narcotics in Wayne County has netted several indictments by the Wayne County Grand Jury, according to information released last week by Wayne County Sheriff Charles Boston and the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force.

    The following suspects have been indicted by the grand jury:

    • Denise Dishman has been indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Jessica Dople, Deborah Salee and Lisa Dishman have been indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

    • Cecil Baker has been indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Arnold Wayne Mounce has been indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Jody Bell has been indicted for cultivating marijuana more than five plants.

    • James "Deadeye" King has been indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Deshawn Lovett was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Jackie Piercy was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Nicholas Bayerle was indicted for cultivating marijuana more than five plants.

    • Velda Richardson was indicted for cultivating marijuana more than five plants.

    • Patrick Taylor was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Bill Taylor was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Thomas Hunter was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Larry Branham was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Dana Taylor-Kempton was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Phyllis Neeley was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Thomas Day was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree.

    • Rodney Blevins was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.

    • Elizabeth Miller was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.
