The Wayne County High School JROTC and FCA are once again teaming up to feed the shut-ins and the less fortunate on Thanksgiving Day. The
students will prepare a traditional meal that includes turkey,
dressing, mashed potatoes and peas. Meals will be available from 10
a.m. until 12 noon on Thursday, November 23 in the high school
cafeteria.
Anyone who has transportation is encouraged to come to the high
school to pick up their meals to carry out. Students will be
delivering meals to those who cannot come to the high school.
If you or anyone you know would benefit from a hot meal and some
Thanksgiving cheer, contact Karen Campbell or Roxanne Stringer at the
Wayne County High School by November 17. Reservations are required.
The number is (606) 348-5575. No names will be taken after 4 p.m. on

November 17.
