THOMAS AARON BARR

March 16, 1947-April 27, 2008

Thomas Aaron Barr, age 61, of Monticello, Ky., passed away Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Wayne County Hospital in Monticello, Ky.

He was born March 16, 1947 in Pleasant Plain, Ohio, the son of the late Clare and Betty Coffey Barr.

He married Nancy Lynn Herring Barr, who survives.

He is survived by two daughters-Laura Suzanne Mitchell of Williamsburg, Ohio and Cynthia Denise Chinn of Lebanon, Ohio; and one stepson-Joseph Edward Collins of Monticello, Ky.

He is also survived by one sister-Mary Lou Boucher; and three brothers-Gerald and Ruford "Buck" Marcum and Joseph Barr; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters-Patricia Barr and Gail Strothers.

He was an Army veteran.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Eagles and VFW of Blanchester, Ohio.

Memorial services were held Friday, May 2, 2008 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Charles Tissandier officiating.
