JESSIE PRINCE

Feb. 19, 1940-June 22, 2009

Jessie Prince, better known as Dink, age 69, passed away Monday, June

22, 2009 at his home in the Wray Hill Community.

He was born February 19, 1940 in Wayne County, the son of the late John

and Sarah Neely Prince.

He united in marriage December 17, 1960 with Marlene Shelton Prince, who

passed away May 11, 1992.

To this union three children survive-Danyell Malone, Kathy Russell, and

Michael Prince; six grandchildren-Christa and Timothy Malone, Jessica

Upchurch, Tandra Prince, and Jackie and Harley Russell; two sisters-Anna

Jean Acrey and Ruby Carrender; one brother-Billy Joe Prince; and many other

relatives to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by one son-Stanley Prince; one sister-Mary

Prince; and two brothers-Estil and Lonnie Prince.

Jessie had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the

Sandusky Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 25, 2009 in the funeral home

chapel with Bro. Anson Perkins officiating. Burial was in the Crabtree

Cemetery.
