JAMES ALLEN MARTIN

James Allen Martin, age 47, of the Delta community in Wayne County, Ky., passed away Thursday, October 8, 2009 at his home.

He was born September 15, 1960 in Amherst, Ohio, the son of the late Dallas and Vena Kidd Martin.

He is survived by his brothers-Bobby (Lana) Martin of Parkers Lake, Ky., David Martin of Bronston, Ky.; sisters-Mary Martin of Bronston, Ky., Brenda Martin (Ron) Merritt of Parkers Lake, Ky. and Cathy Martin (Ernie) Foster of Monticello, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed listening to music, playing video games and watching television.

A celebration of James life was held on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Zion Baptist Church with Bro. Denzil Jones and Bro. Ferrel Morrow officiating. Burial followed at Loveall Cemetery.
