Swearing in

L. Lee Tobbe has been appointed by Commonwealth Attorney Larry Rogers to assist in the prosecution of felony crimes in the 57th Judicial District consisting of Wayne and Russell Counties. On February 19th Circuit Judge Vernon Miniard, Jr. administers the constitutional oath of office to Tobbe.
