High water

The ice and snow went north of Wayne County over the weekend, but there was plenty of rainfall with the storm system that moved across Kentucky. Wayne County received just over four inches of rain over a three day period. Water rose in different areas around the county and a portion of KY 92 was closed for nearly two days because of high water.
