Speaking out

About 200 local residents filled the Circuit Courtroom Saturday morning for a special Wayne County Fiscal Court meeting on a proposed occupational tax. Above—Barry McGinnis spoke against levying an occupational tax, after the court had opted not to hear the first reading of the ordinance.
