The Back to School Bash, sponsored by Defensive Action Against 
Drugs (D.A.A.D.), will be held Friday, July 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 
the ASPIRE Center.
    All  Wayne County students from kindergarten through twelfth grade 
are invited to attend.
    Anyone 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
    Everything at the event is free, including school supplies, 
inflatable games, swimming, the Lion's Club eye photo, food for 
students and adults, cotton candy, gently used clothing and booths.
    There will also be the opportunity to win a laptop computer, 
tablets, bookbags and more.
    Everyone is encouraged to bring lawn chairs and drinking water for 
their family.
    There will be booths set up throughout the center and any business, 
agency, church or organization is invited to participate in the Back 
to School Bash.
    A table will be provided for items that will be given away.
    Anyone who would like to set up a booth should call (606) 348-7330 
for more information.
    There is also a need for volunteers to help prepare for the Back to 
School Bash.
    Volunteer help is needed July 25 and July 26 during the day at the 
ASPIRE Center. Help is also needed that evening to pass out items to 
children, to help with food, grilling and more.
