— Tom Simmons was sworn in as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney on Tuesday,
August 18. Circuit Judge Vernon Miniard, Jr. administered the oath of office
to Simmons, who was accompanied by his son, Grayson, and his wife, Mikki.
