The Wayne County Grand Jury met Tuesday, June 18 and returned indictments against 18 people.
Following are indictments that were returned.
• Isaac Anderson was indicted for possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Chris Barnett was indicted for bail jumping first degree and persistent felony offender second degree.
• James H. Brock was indicted for criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree.
• Rocky Dishman was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Ashley Fairchild was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, trafficking in a controlled substance third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, promoting contraband first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Jeffrey Gragg was indicted for criminal abuse second degree.
• Christopher Coffey was indicted for bail jumping first degree.
• Abe Henson was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registry.
• Homer Hunley was indicted for bail jumping first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Roger Jones was indicted for two counts of bail jumping first degree.
• Larry A. Kessler was indicted for persistent felony offender first degree.
• Brian Leffew was indicted for burglary first degree and criminal mischief first degree.
• Tyler Morrow was indicted for possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
• Tildon N. Rose was indicted for D.U.I., possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance not in proper container, failure to wear seat belt, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure to maintain insurance, careless driving and possession of an open container.
• Joshua Shrum was indicted for fleeing or evading police first degree, four counts of wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
•Stephen G. Tate was indicted for possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to notify DOT of change of address.
• Jeffrey Tucker was indicted for bail jumping first degree.
• Victoria R. Young was indicted for D.U.I., possession of a controlled substance first degree, tampering with physical evidence, careless driving and license to be in possession.
Readers are reminded that grand jury indictments do not indicate guilt, only that further action is necessary in a court case.
Indictments are public record and are filed in the Wayne Circuit Clerk's Office.
