The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, November 26 and returned indictments against 34 individuals.
    Following are indictments that were returned.
    • Derek Barnhouse was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree.
    • Jacqueline Bell was indicted for trafficking in a controlled 
substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and 
persistent felony offender.
    • Betty N. Buster was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500.
    • Roger Coffey was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance, D.U.I., possession of drug paraphernalia and excessive 
window tinting.
    • Brandi M. Cooksey was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Robert D. Dabney was indicted for trafficking in a controlled 
substance first degree.
    • Jayden Dennis was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance and tampering with physical evidence.
    • Jonathan L. Dicken was indicted for D.U.I. second offense, leaving 
the scene of an accident, theft by unlawful taking, fleeing or 
evading police first degree (motor vehicle), and fleeing or evading 
police second degree (on foot).
    • Michael Dishman was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dishman 
was also named in a separate indictment that charged him with 
possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of a 
controlled substance second degree and improper parking.
    • Victoria Dobbs was indicted for criminal possession of a forged 
instrument second degree and persistent felony offender.
    • Dustin Dodd was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance 
first degree, possession of drug  paraphernalia, disregarding a stop 
sign and no operators license.
    • Leah M. Duncan was indicted for D.U.I., fleeing or evading police 
first degree (motor vehicle), speeding, reckless driving, 
disregarding a stop sign, resisting arrest and failure to wear seat 
belts.
    • Courtney Flowers was indicted for fraudulent use of a credit card 
over $500.
    • Jacob T. Gregory was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree, possession of marijuana, possession of drug 
paraphernalia and excessive windshield/window tint.
    • Cody Guffey was indicted for fleeing or evading police first 
degree (motor vehicle), fleeing or evading police second degree (on 
foot), possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, 
operating on a suspended license, failure to notify DOT of change of 
address, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt 
and failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle.
    • Jimmy Hurt was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Brian Jasper was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
    • Terry L. Lowe was indicted for two counts of possession of a 
controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Robert Mullins was indicted for escape second degree and 
persistent felony offender.
    • Gary Muse was indicted for two counts of wanton endangerment first 
degree.
    • Raymond K. Nevels was indicted for two counts of possession of a 
controlled substance first degree and possession of a controlled 
substance third degree.
    • Shane Savage was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, 
trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, criminal 
possession of a forged instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, 
no registration plates, no operators license and persistent felony 
offender first degree.
    • Tiffany Shadoan was indicted for bail jumping first degree.
    • Janet L. Skiles was indicted for four counts of theft of a 
controlled substance.
    • Steven W. Spradlin was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to 
or improper signal and driving on a D.U.I. suspended license.
    • Montie Sutton was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Billy Swart was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 
first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
    • Donald Swift was indicted for criminal mischief first degree, 
burglary second degree, theft by unlawful taking over $500 and 
persistent felony offender first degree.
    • Patricia Tinch was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over 
$500, wanton endangerment first degree and persistent felony offender 
second degree.
    • Allen S. Toler was indicted for trafficking in a controlled 
substance third degree while in possession of a firearm, possession 
of a controlled substance second degree, possession of marijuana, 
possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
    • Samuel Vaughn was indicted for promoting contraband first degree, 
promoting contraband second degree and persistent felony offender 
first degree.
    • Ricky L. Whittamore was indicted for possession of a controlled 
substance first degree.
    • Jessica Dople and Brandon Dople was indicted for possession of a 
controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
