Bobby Gene Piercy, passed away Friday, February 13, 2009 at his home on

Lincoln Street after an extended illness.

Bobby was born March 5, 1951, the son of the late Raymond Taft and Rosie

Mae Denney Piercy.

He is survived by three sons-Eddie Gene, Bobby Allen, and Jason Ray

Piercy; two sisters-Sally Brummett and Lilly Brown; three brothers-Willie,

Jep and Jackie Piercy; five grandchildren-Kailey Brooke, Kentton Ray, Alexis

Lilly, MaKinzsee Jean and Mackyla Piercy; and many nieces, nephews, other

relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Bobby had accepted Christ as his savior and attended The Lighthouse

Church.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 16, 2009 in the funeral home

chapel. Burial followed in the Taylors Grove Cemetery.

Hickey and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
