Sept. 23, 1923-April 10, 2009
Mollie Bridgeman, age 85, of Monticello, Ky., passed away Friday, April
10, 2009 at Golden Years Nursing Home.
She was born September 23, 1923 in Windy, Ky., the daughter of the late
George Hiram and Laura Ellen (Asberry) Burris.
She married Howard Dalton, who preceded her in death.
She later married Marion Bridgeman, who also preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son-Bill Dalton of McDonough, Ga.; and one
daughter-Wanda Gibson of Monticello, Ky.
She was preceded in death by one daughter-Joyce Reneau; and one
sister-Mae Harmon.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 13, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the
funeral home chapel with Bro. David Flagler officiating. Burial followed in
the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
