CLELLA YOUNG HARDWICK

Clella Young Hardwick, age 94, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 at the Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin, Ohio.
She was born May 13, 1915 in the Flossie community of Wayne County, the daughter of the late Gilse and Rilda New Young.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fayette Keith, who passed away in January of 1935. She later united in marriage with Hobart Hardwick, who passed away December 17, 1981.
She is survived by her children-Marie Morrow, Lee Hardwick, Freeda Casada, Lois Dick, Helen Sexton and Bonnie Turpin; siblings-Mable Branscum, Corda Branscum, Anna Grace Roth, Lena Mae Houchens, Arthur, Roy and Billy Young; and numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her children-Opal Owens, Barbara Hoskins, Estil, Cecil, Glenn, Larry and Teddy Hardwick; siblings- Etta Horton, Estil and Denver Young.
She was a lifelong member of the Liberty Baptist Church where she remained faithful as long as her health permitted.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Ulanda Price officiating. Burial followed in the Hardwick Family Cemetery.
