Lucille Eleanora Abbott, age 70, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Signature Health Care in Jamestown, Tennessee.
She was born November 29, 1939 at Ritner, Ky., the daughter of the late Lona Abbott.
She is survived by one aunt-Dorothy Coffey of Monticello; one uncle-James Abbott of Monticello; and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends who will mourn her passing.
She was a member of the Lick Creek Baptist Church.
She spent most of her life as a caregiver to other people. Her kind heart and pleasant spirit made her a special person to all who knew her. She will truly be missed.
Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bobby Morrow and Bro. Jeff Allen officiating.
Burial followed in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
