Mary Ann Clark, age 79, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Golden Years Nursing Home in Monticello, Ky.
She was born April, 2 1930 in Monticello, Ky., the daughter of the late Tom and Ola (Barnett) Adkins.
She married James ³Eddie² Clark, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by five children- Peggy Groce of New Castle, Ind., Lane Lewis, Jane Alley, Mitzi Cooper, Ricky Doss, all of Monticello, Ky. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law -Danette Andersch of Billings Montanta; four siblings- Clyde Adkins, Louise Doss, Beulah Bridgeman, and Roxie Guffey all of Monticello, Ky.
She is also survived by 13 grandchildren- Suzie York, Paul Groce, Shawn Doss, Randy Lewis, Matt Lewis, Lucas Lewis, Scott Neal, Brandy Gregory, Josh Anderson, Emily Combs, Zack Doss, Jonathan Doss, and McKenzie Doss; sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son George Wallace Doss, Jr.; and five siblings Hershel, Woodrow, Paul Adkins, Judy Gregory and Anna Keeton.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Clyde Adkins officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
