Cooper charged with sexual abuse, sodomy offenses
Kentucky State Police arrested a Monticello man on Tuesday, September 14 in connection with an investigation that began last year. Scott Cooper, 34, was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center on multiple sexual abuse and sodomy charges, according to information released by Kentucky State Police. The arrest was the result of an investigation by KSP Detective Todd Dalton. Detective Doug Boyd is continuing the investigation.
