Safe Trick-or-Treat Night set
A Community Safe Trick-or-Treat Night is planned at the ASPIRE Center for Saturday, October 30 from 5 until 8 p.m. This was the time that Monticello City Council has designated for trick-or-treat.
The Safe Trick-or-Treat Night is hosted by the Wayne County Service Unit of the Salvation Army. Anyone who would like to participate and give out treats that evening should contact the County Judge-Executive’s Office at (606) 348-4241 or (606) 340-8324.
