Safe Trick-or-Treat Night set A Community Safe Trick-or-Treat Night is planned at the ASPIRE Center for Saturday, October 30 from 5 until 8 p.m. These are the hours that have been designated locally for trick-or-treating. Local businesses and organizations will have tables set up at the center and will be giving out treats to any children who stop by. The Safe Trick-or-Treat Night is hosted by the Wayne County Service Unit of the Salvation Army. Add a comment |
