Savage charged with four counts of theft by deception A Somerset woman was arrested Monday, November 8, after the Monticello Police Department investigated the report of several thefts from a local business. Stacy M. Savage, 31, was charged with four counts of theft by deception under $300. She is accused of taking a total of $6,671.25 in cash. She was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
