NEVA ROBERTS Sept. 14, 1914-Nov. 20, 2004 Neva Roberts, age 90, of the Mill Springs community passed away Saturday, November 20, 2004 at Golden Years Nursing Home. She was born September 14, 1914, the daughter of the late Luther Finley and Nonnie Zelma Weaver Roberts. She is survived by one sister-Zelma Koger of Monticello, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was one sister-Elzie Ramsey; and one brother-Bowlin E. Roberts. She was a retired Wayne County school teacher. She had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, November 23, 2004 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Rick Watson officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or to the New Salem Baptist Church.
