Poore arrested on drug charges after traffic stop A local woman was arrested on felony drug charges, following a traffic stop on North Main Street Friday. Cynthia Caroline Poore, 39, of Rt. 5, Monticello, was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Monticello Police Department. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized, according to police. She was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Add a comment |
