MILDRED LEWIS Jun. 26, 1919-Nov. 26, 2004 Mildred Lewis, age 85, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Friday, November 26, 2004 at Wayne County Hospital. She was born June 26, 1919 in Wayne Co., Ky., the daughter of the late John Sexton and Nancy Russell Sexton. She married Ray Lewis in 1941, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters-Nancy Stockton of Louisville, Ky. and Dianne Patterson of Lawrenceburg, Ky.; three sons-Billy Lewis of Monticello, Ky., Eugene Lewis of New Castle, Ind. and Tommy Lewis of Louisville, Ky.; three brothers-Stanley Sexton of Ind., Jack Sexton of Danville, Ky. and Kenneth Sexton of Monticello, Ky.; one sister-Hazel Carrender of Harrodsburg, Ky.; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was two sons-Donald Kay Lewis and Alvin Richard ³Dickie² Lewis; and two brothers-Everett Sexton and Eugene Sexton. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. Funeral services were held Monday, November 29, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Chris Galloway officiating. Burial was in the Alexander Cemetery. Marvin S.
