LEWIS EDWIN CARRENDER Feb. 3, 1923-Nov. 29, 2004 Lewis Edwin Carrender, age 81, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Monday, November 29, 2004 at Wayne County Hospital. He was born February 3, 1923 in Wayne County, Ky., the son of the late Charlie Carrender and Renea Crabtree Carrender. He married Nancy Carrender on January 6, 1984, who survives. He is survived by two sons-Charles Carrender and Bobby Carrender, both of Monticello, Ky.; one daughter-Elaine Sheridan of Indianapolis, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death was one son-Earl Carrender. He was a retired machinist. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 2, 2004 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Danny Bell and Bro. Wayne Bowling officiating. Burial was in the Old Sandusky Cemetery. Heartland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Add a comment |
