RINA KELSAY BLEVINS Mar. 2, 1911-Nov. 29, 2004 Rina Kelsay Blevins, age 93, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Monday, November 29, 2004 at Wayne County Hospital. She was born March 2, 1911 in Wayne Co., Ky., the daughter of the late Thomas Ryan and Ethel Hicks Kelsay. She married Everett Blevins in April 1938, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two sisters-Virgie Nally and Evelyn Catron, both of Monticello, Ky. She was a Wayne County school teacher for 39 years. She was a member of the New Charity Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Friday, December 3, 2004 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Koger Ramsey officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring Cemetery.
