Lesco charged with arson One arrest was made Thursday, December 16, after officials at Wayne County High School reported that a fire had intentionally been set in a room at the school. Following an investigation, the Monticello Police Department arrested David J. Lesco, 19, and charged him with first degree arson. Lesco was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000 cash only. Add a comment |
