JOE CORBIN FROST May 17, 1921-Dec. 24, 2004 Joe Corbin Frost, age 83, passed away Friday, December 24, 2004 at Wayne County Hospital. He was born May 17, 1921 in the Alpha community of Wayne Co., Ky., the son of the late John and Crissie Crabtree Frost. He married Evalee Dean Frost on June 14, 1941, who survives. He is survived by four daughters-Nita Frost, June Rednour and Sharon Carter, all of Monticello, Ky. and Ruby Jo Denney of Crittenden, Ky.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death was one infant son-Billy Joe Frost; three sisters-Lura Brumley, Essie Frost and Nona Dabney; and two brothers-Rube and Melvin Frost. He was an employee of the City of Monticello for approximately 33 years. On June 19, 1960 he accepted Christ as his Savior and became a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, December 28, 2004 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Keith McKim and Bro. E.H. Neal officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring Cemetery.
