Businessman dies following ATV accident Melodie Phelps News Editor A local businessman died Sunday afternoon, following an ATV accident that occurred in the Cedar Hill community of Wayne County. Kenny Hall, 39, who operated Hallıs Pawn Shop in Monticello, was pronounced dead at approximately 5 p.m. by Wayne County Coroner Marvin S. Hicks. According to the Coronerıs Office, Hall died as a result of the ATV rolling over onto him, causing severe internal chest injuries. Hall was riding with a group of people on four-wheelers when the accident happened. The accident was reported to the 911 dispatch center at 2:44 p.m. The Wayne County Rescue Squad and Wayne County EMS were dispatched to the scene. The Wayne County Sheriffıs Department also responded. Services for Hall will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Hall is survived by his wife, June, and two sons, Chad and Steven.
