Police respond to report of stabbing, two arrested Local officials responded to the report of a stabbing on Frisby Street on Thursday, January 13. Monticello Police Officer D.J. Davis and Trooper Parrish Baker responded to the call. Following an investigation, Max Smith was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and fourth degree assault. A 16-year-old was detained for first degree assault. Injured in the incident was Richard Lyons, Jr. of Monticello. The investigation is continuing. Add a comment |
