That is the date that the unit is scheduled to leave the United States for mobilization in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Battery C is currently still at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Everyone is invited to bring a candle and participate. Reader Comments Veronica Donahue (1/27/2005) I am from Bardstown am my husband is currently with the 623.
