County road maintenance will remain the same The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has announced that road maintenance on roads in Wayne County will remain the same. The statement was released on Friday, January 7, after there had been some questions about some roads that were changed from the Primary Road System to the statešs Rural Secondary Road System. Stephanie Daffron, Information Officer with the Department of Highways District 8 Office, said this week this is only a reclassification and that the maintenance for these roads will not change.
