Southwood is charged with two counts of criminal attempt to commit murder A local man was arrested on Wednesday, February 16 on a sealed grand jury indictment, charging him with two counts of criminal attempt to commit murder. The Wayne County Sheriff¹s Department reported the arrest of David Southwood, 52. Southwood was also charged with three counts of first degree wanton endangerment.
