Three persons arrested on grand jury indictments Three people have been arrested on sealed grand jury indictments. The Wayne County Sheriff¹s Department arrested Rodney G. Burnett, 24, on Wednesday, February 23. He had been indicted on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance second degree. He was also charged on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Burnett was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond. Also on Wednesday, the Monticello Police Department arrested Dorothy Wallace on a sealed indictment for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree. Wallace was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond. Jonathan Moran was arrested on Wednesday on a sealed indictment for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree. The Monticello Police Department and the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force conducted the criminal investigation which resulted in the indictments against Wallace and Moran. Add a comment |
