Get Moving Wayne County˛ program continues Everyone is invited to participate in the new physical activity program łGet Moving Wayne County.˛ Registration for the eight-week program, offered by the Wayne County Extension Office, continues through April 8. To get your daily, physical activity miles (PAMS) you may walk, garden, dance, swim, houseclean, run, do yoga, or anything else that keeps your heart rate up for 15 minutes, which is equal to one PAM. Registration forms are located around town or at the Extension Office. The fee is $5 which includes a łGet Moving˛ water bottle. There is no fee for participants under the age of 18.
