Fulton charged with arson A local man has been arrested for arson in connection with a mobile home fire that occurred last month. According to the Monticello Police Department, Jason Fulton, 21, was charged with second degree arson. Fulton was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000 cash. Fulton is accused of setting a mobile home fire in the early morning hours of March 18 at the Rankin Trailer Court on Cherry Street. Add a comment |
