LOYD WILLIAM DISHMAN Jun. 7, 1921-Mar. 20, 2005 Loyd William Dishman, age 83, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Sunday, March 20, 2005 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Ky. He was born June 7, 1921 in Wayne Co., Ky., the son of the late Watt Dishman and Maudie Dishman. He married Flossie Kennedy Dishman on March 28, 1938. He is survived by 10 children-Dean Dishman of New Washington, Ind., Wedsel Dishman of Taylorsville, Ky., Teddy Dishman of Louisville, Ky., Wendell Dishman of Jeffersonville, Ind., Donnie Dishman of Indianapolis, Ind., Dallas Dishman, Bob Dishman, Jerry Dishman and Terry Dishman, all of Monticello, Ky.; five siblings-Leonard Dishman, Powell Dishman and Bonnie McGinnis, all of Monticello, Ky., Greely Dishman of New Castle, Ind., and Paul Dishman of Wis.; 25 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Preceding him in death was four siblings-Bruce Dishman, Evelyn Abbott, Nell Lowe and Mossie Kennedy. He was a farmer. He was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Nick Sucula officiating. Burial was in the Dishman Cemetery.
