Two women charged in theft of a purse at a business Two women have been charged in connection with the theft of a purse from a local business, according to the Monticello Police Department. The incident occurred March 31, and police learned that two women were involved in the incident. Approximately two hours after the theft, Somerset Police arrested Carol Hensley of Somerset. As a result of the Hensley arrest, Somerset Police recovered several items belonging to the victim. Hensley was served with a warrant charging her in connection with the purse theft. On Monday, April 4, the Monticello Police Department arrested Anita Caldwell, 22, of Monticello and charged her with theft by unlawful taking over $300. Add a comment |
