CHARLES CARRENDER Oct. 31, 1943-April 14, 2005 Charles Carrender, age 61, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the Wayne County Hospital in Monticello. He was born October 31, 1943 in Wayne County, Ky., the son of the late Lewis Edwin Carrender and Oma (Watson) Carrender. He married Juanita Carrender, who survives. He is survived by three children-Linda Portelli, Michelle Niski and Kimberly Carrender, all of Tampa, Fla.; four step children-Melissa Epperly and Melinda Holt, both of Anderson, Ind., Michelle Stoops of Cookeville, Tenn., and Paul Snelling of Lakeland, Fla.; one brother-Bobby Carrender of Monticello, Ky.; and one sister-Joyce Elaine Sheridan of Indianapolis, Ind. He was employed as a machinest. He was a member of the Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints church. Funeral services were held Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Elder Harrison officiating. Burial was in the Old Sandusky Cemetery.
