Savage arrested on sealed grand jury indictment A local man has been arrested on a sealed grand jury indictment for rape, according to information released by the Monticello Police Department. James Joseph Savage, 18, was arrested on Friday, May 6 on the indictment, which included two counts of second degree rape.
