Woman dies in one vehicle accident Melodie Phelps News Editor One woman died Saturday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 696 near the Wayne County-Clinton County line. According to the Wayne County Sheriff¹s Department, Twyla Godsey, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene by Wayne County Coroner Marvin Hicks.
