JAMES RANDEL CORDER Aug. 20, 1924-June 10, 2005 James Randel Corder, age 80, of Wayne County, Ky. passed away Friday, June 10, 2005, at the Golden Years Nursing Home in Monticello, Ky. He was born August 20, 1924, in Wayne County, Ky., the son of the late James Milton and Dina Walker Corder. On November 23, 1946 he married Nevada Kidd Corder, who preceded him in death. He is survived by four sons-Donald, Jerry, and Jeffery Corder all of Monticello, and Tommy Corder of Lexington; four sisters-Helen Ramsey, Mary Ruth Simpson, Nancy Higginbotham, and June Guffey; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Anita; and one brother-Homer Ray Corder. He had accepted Christ as his savior and was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. The funeral service was held Sunday, June 12, 2005 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tommy Floyd and Bro. Charles Eugene Dick officiating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Hoyt G.
