Three are arrested in connection with a burglary Three people have been arrested in connection with a burglary, according to the Wayne County Sheriffıs Department. Deputy Terry Davis arrested Maria Massengale, of Monticello, and Jacob Evans on Saturday, June 18. Both were charged with third degree burglary. Davis said Jamie Massengale, of Monticello, had also been arrested in connection with the burglary. Davis also received information that Evans was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Florida for sexual battery by threats of serious physical injury. Evans was listed on Floridaıs most wanted list according to officials in the state of Florida. Davis said Evans was also non-compliant with Kentuckyıs Sex Offender Registry and will face possible charges in Kentucky. Add a comment |
