Arsabal charged with rape A Wayne County man was arrested on Wednesday, June 22 and charged with rape, according to Sheriff¹s Deputy Terry Davis. Felipe Arsabal, 20, was charged with rape second degree. Davis said that Arsabal allegedly picked up a 13-year-old female at Memorial Park, drove to an undisclosed location and engaged in sexual intercourse. Davis said the girl was returned to the park before family members discovered she was missing. Arsabal was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash only bond. Add a comment |
