Catron arrested on grand jury sealed indictment Two people were arrested on Monday, July 4, after the Wayne County Sheriff¹s Department and the Monticello Police Department served a sealed indictment at a residence in the Concord community. Eula Jean Catron, 26, and Mack Stamper, 24, were charged with cultivating marijuana over five plants. Catron was also charged in connection with a grand jury indictment for trafficking in a controlled substance. Officers went to the residence to serve the indictment, but during a subsequent investigation discovered 11 cultivated marijuana plants. Add a comment |
