Burnett served with sealed drug related indictment A man was arrested Thursday, July 7 and served with a sealed indictment for drug related charges, according to the Monticello Police Department. Derek Burnett, 24, of Monticello was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree and trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.
