Young arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance One man was arrested Sunday, July 24 as the result of a sealed indictment. The Wayne County Sheriff¹s Department and the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force arrested Earl Young for trafficking in a controlled substance second degree.
