Arsabal arrested for rape A man indicted for second degree rape by the Wayne County Grand Jury was arrested on Saturday, July 30 by the Sheriff¹s Department. Felipe Arsabal, 20, was taken into custody by Deputy Terry Davis. The indictment stems from an incident that involved a 12-year-old female who was transported from the Wayne County Park to an undisclosed location. According to police, Arsabal engaged in sexual intercourse with the female and then returned her to the park. Arsabal is also being held on federal allegations that he is an illegal immigrant, according to officials. Bond was set at $5,000 cash.
