Old Fashion Days Festival The 27th Annual Old Fashion Days Festival is set for September 3-4 at Memorial Park. The event is sponsored by the Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. The annual Monticello Lions Club pancake breakfast will be from 6 until 10 a.m. Saturday, September 3. All proceeds will be used for local Lions Club charities. The festival will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday and from noon until 6 p.m. on Sunday. The car show will be held on Sunday afternoon. Many of the favorite events are back for this yearıs festival, including popular craft and food booths, pony rides, train rides, and games and contests. There will be a variety of entertainment and this year the festival will include demonstrators of old time arts and crafts.
